"My daughter bought a new car and we were at the Subaru dealership finalizing everything, so I called Kiersten Smith's office in Crawfordville Fl at 10:41 to add the new car to my existing policy; I didn't get an answer so I left a message. I called numerous times and never got an answer. My daughter ended up going thru another company. Finally at 1:40 p.m someone called and said they were at lunch and they were sorry they missed our call. This office has 4 people so I guess they all go to lunch at the same time and they take 3 hour lunch breaks. Needless to say, I will be changing companies."

"I have been doing business with Jessica B at Crawfordville FL State Farm for a bit now. She is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and if she does not know the answer, she searches it for you. Insurance is not always an easy thing to deal with nor is it interesting to most people but Jessica makes it easy and does all the research To find what you exactly need. "On 04/08/24, I called to get an Auto quote. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jesse. Jesse was so nice and informative. He took his time explaining everything and didn’t make me feel rush with my questions. Jesse makes you feel like you’re a part of the family and not just some customer calling in. On 04/09/24 Jesse called to do a follow up. I was so impressed with the warmth he had with making sure I was okay with the quote.
